Jawad’s {Little Man} First Mustache Bash

I really can’t figure out what it is I love the most about this party; everything was simply fan{tache}tic! The theme was a mustache bash for an adorable little man. The colors we used were red, white, black, and blue. We added the chalkboard style to a lot of items that we designed, such as the cupcake toppers and the favor labels. The birthday boy’s sweet parents wanted this birthday to be extra special for their little man. We “mustache” you to check out the pictures below for more details. Happy 1st birthday Jawad!
This is the dessert table that we decorated according to the theme. We added a red backdrop with cute pictures from the birthday boy’s cake smash photo session. The banner in front of the table was designed using the colors of the theme and different patterns.
This cake was done by the talented Sukkar Cakes. We made a cake topper to match the birthday          theme. It was a mini banner that we designed to match the dessert table and photo booth banners.
This little man is ready for his mustache bash!
Our homemade cookies shaped as the number one, mustaches, and ties.
Love this picture of the sweet mom with her little man! So much sweetness in one picture!
Our homemade cupcakes that we baked for this party are my favorite so far. I love the color combinations and how great the cupcake toppers we designed turned out. We also designed this frame that said “Real men eat cupcakes” and added it next to the cupcake display.
We made these chocolate lollipops shaped as mustaches, the number one, and ties.
We added personalized labels and wrappers to these Hershey Kisses and chocolate bars.
This is the mini popcorn bar that we added to the dessert table. We added three different toppings next to the popcorn for people to mix and stache for later.
Some of the dessert table decorations.
We made these chocolate dipped pretzel sticks and added them to the dessert table.
Jawad was super excited to take pictures with his fan{tache}tic dad!
We decorated this little man’s high chair by adding balloons with mustaches and a banner that matches the dessert table banner.
Jawad loved his high chair (especially the balloons)!
No party is complete without a photo booth. We added some props next to the booth such as hats, mustaches, bow ties, mustache shaped sunglasses, and chalkboard speech bubbles. There was a chalkboard themed instruction frame that we designed and added to the props table. We also added some frames of the birthday boy and guests to the table. These were a part of the decorations, and the guests got to take them home after the party.
We hung these paper lanterns around the room.
There were three different favor options that we made for this party. Some guests got to take home a mug and a wooden box that we designed and filled with sweet chocolate bars. We added a “thanks for combing” in front of the box, and “You’re fan{tache}tic! Love Jawad” on the back. We designed the mugs by adding a mustache in front and “You’re fan{tache}tic! Love, Jawad” on the back.
This is the frame that we designed and added to the favors table. We added different birthday related words and personalized it too.
Another favor that we made was this wooden box filled with a plant and a mug. We added a label to the plant that said “Thank you for helping me grow. Love, your little man Jawad”. The mug and box had the same designs as the other favor option shown above (the chocolate bars favor box). The kids got to take home a small chalkboard , sidewalk chalk, and regular colored chalk.
These are the mugs that we designed and filled with chocolate. They were favors that the birthday boy gave to his daycare teachers.
The dessert table and activities table.
The activities table. We made this fingerprint balloon “guest book” frame and a time capsule mustache jar.
The fingerprint balloon frame that we designed and added to the activities table. This is a great guest book alternative. Each guest added his/her fingerprint as a balloon to the frame, and added his/her signature.
We decorated the blue and red stamp pads using mustaches.
The time capsule jar. Each guest wrote the birthday boy a piece of advice or note for him to read and open on his 13th birthday. We made the paper to be shaped as mustaches.
Added some silverware in decorated jars.
We wrapped some of the silverware in these mustaches.
We designed these drink labels and added them to all of the drinks at the party. The front of the label said “Wet your whiskers”, and the back had personalized “Birthday” nutrition facts.
This is the digital invitation that we designed according to the theme.
